Slander

I am 75 years old and have lived through many presidential elections. I remember Eisenhower, Nixon, Johnson and Kennedy. I have no proof but I have always thought that Johnson knew that Kennedy would be assassinated. He hated all the Kennedy’s so I never expect to see grief from Johnson but there was no shock either. It was as though he expected to take Kennedy’s place. Never in my life time have I seen the media attack the character of a man like they have Trump. Someone asks June and I to watch channel 48 news a few days ago and I got madder than an old wet hen. They were interviewing people who are going to lose their government check because of all these diabolical Trump cuts. I walked out of the room. I am not listening to this bull. The govenment has been wasting tax payers dollars for years and we have been supporting people who don’t work and don’t intend to work. You will notice that no TAX PAYERS are upset. The federal government has been ripping us off for years and buying votes with the money they take from us.

I could go on for a month but back to the subject. I will not stand around and listen to you are anyone else slander someone I love and respect. Now there are some folks you might slander and I be tempted to join you but not someone I admire and respect. I admire Donald Trump. I realize that he and I were not cut out of the same cloth but for some strange reason {I think God’s grace} he has a heart for common people like us. He is a man of great courage. The media is idiotic. They keep bashing a man that won the election by a landslide, in spite of the fact that the media was slandering Trump on every broadcast. Do they not get it? They have lied so much that they have lost all credibility. I do not believe one word that they say.

If you start slanding a man’s friend, he will probably walk off or at least turn a deaf ear. Once you see his reaction, you know not to make the same mistake again. The media dupes don’t get it. They are like a bunch of parrots spewing out venom for Trump. “Its there job,” you say, “The Huntsville stations have to abide by the will of the big dogs who owe them.” I don’t except his as a legitimate excuse. I would simply say to them, “I refuse to slander my president and if you don’t like it, find someone else. I will dig a ditch before I compromise my ethics. I think these media folks [locals] are like congressmen and car dealers, they except lying as a part of their job. Guess what, there is not a car dealer in America that I trust and I trust only one congressman and that is Tommy Tuberville. I don’t trust anyone connected to the lame stream media, not even locals. I can’t stop them from hating the president, but I am not going to listen to their hate, contempt and lies.
