What is this world coming to: I can tell you in one word, JESUS!

My Thoughts

I love the Psalms and there is a lot of Prophesy in them. John MacArthur said that the Magi were not kings. I am not sure about that: I think it is very possible that they were. Psalm 72:11 reads, All kings will bow before Him, and all nations will serve Him. Do I really believe that kings will bow the knee to Jesus when He returns? Yes, I do and all nations will give Him honor. Matter of fact, they will praise Him…May all nations be blessed through him and bring him praise. [Psalm 72:17] I am not simply basing by belief on David and the Psalms: Isaiah said, All nations will come to Your light; mighty kings will come to see Your radiance. Isaiah 66:18, I will gather all nations and peoples together, and they will see my glory. Jeremiah said the same thing: All nations will come there {Jerusalem} to honor the LORD. They will no longer stubbornly follow their own evil desires. Malachi said, “Then all nations will call You blessed.”

It is scripture folks, everything was created by Him and for Him and it is all coming to Him. I am not saying that everyone will be saved; I am saying that everyone will bow the knee and acknowlge that Jesus is God and one way or the other He will get glory and praise. Check this scripture out: “Great and marvelous are Your works, O Lord God, the Almighty. Just and true are Your ways, O King of the nations. Who will not fear You, Lord, and glorify Your name? For You alone are holy. All nations will come and worship before YOU, for Your righteous deeds have been revealed.” [Revelation 15:3-4] I am convinced that the Magi’s visit to Bethlehem was prophetic.

Extra

Another good LORD’sx day yesterday. The LORD as especially gracious to me last night–THANK YOU JESUS! Considering the weather, attendance was good. Hopefully it will warm up this week. Sandy texted me yesterday, her father Charles Sanford is not doing good. He had been going down for weeks. We plan to check on him first things, then pick up our carpet, then go to Rainsville for Sandy Scofield’s father’s COLS and the kids have a ball game tonight. I’m tired just thinking about it.

I hope you have a great day and week. Thanks for reading the blog.
