Abortion/Child Sacrifice

“Behold, I am about to bring a calamity upon this place… because they have filled this place with the blood of the innocence {babies} and have built the high places of Baal to burn their sons in the fire as burnt offerings to Baal, a thing which I never commanded or spoke of, nor did it ever come upon My heart.”

~Jeremiah 19:3-5, LSB

“The value of human life is not determined by its size, age, strength, or independence.”

~Theo Penn

I don’t know the man’s name but someone was telling me about some TV preacher, or so-called preacher, who said that abortion is not addressed of he may have said mentioned in the Bible. He is just one more ignorant preacher. Abortion is not mentioned explicitedly but it is implicitedly referred to again and again. Pedophilia is not mentioned in the Bible {explicitedly} but it is wicked and vile. The early church recognized this problem so they stated clearly in the ‘Didache’ {teaching or instruction}: chapter 2, verse 2, the Didache declares: “You shall not murder a child by abortion or commit infanticide.” As you can see, it explicitly condemns abortion and any form of infanticide.

Actually, God abhors two things explicitly mentioned in the OT: the perversion of worship and the perversion of sex. The wicked Caananites had combined the two and abortion was a part of their sick and demonic worship. Abortion is clearly the modern practice of child-sacrifice. A child dies for the pleasure and connivence of an adult or group of adults. Practically all the Canaanite religions were involved in the sacrificing of babies. Many of these babies were given birth by the prosititues who worked in the pagan temples. The Canaanites were doing the two things that are an abomination to God and this is why God’s judgment on them is so harsh. Their so-called worship was perverted and unrestrained sex. Their services were orgies. It was at the height of the orgie that they threw a baby into the altar fires of Molech, Chemosh, and Baal. The apex was the baby’s scream. If this does not turn your stomach, you do not know the same Jesus I know.

Unfortunately Israel, God’s covenant people, got sucked into this horrible practice and this is what Jeremiah is talking about in today’s text. The bible clearly teaches that human life is sacred. It also teaches that life begins at conception. Psalm 139 made claims about the pre-born that science did not validate until ultra sound. Why didn’t those five Supreme Court Justices read Psalm 139 before they legalized the murder of the unborn? Every argument the unbelieving left {democrats} present is based on a lie. Roe v. Wade was based on a lie. Norma McCovey was not pregnant and she had not been raped. The fetus is not a glob of tissue, it is a baby, a human being. This is why they depersonalize the baby. If you refer to the pre-born as a baby or a child, you create emotional problems for the mother so they tell these women, and many are victims, that they are not taking a human life which of course is a lie. You cannot be a child of God and be a supporter of abortion. God hates child sacrifice and His children will hate it as well.

What about all these people in our churches who remain relatively silent on the issue but still support the democratic party. They are either self-decieved {Matthew 7:21} or grossly ignorant. There is no other explanation. If you have another explanation; I want to hear it. You cannot justify killing a baby and they are not doing it to save the mother’s life; that is another one of their lies. Abortion is a mutibillion dollar industry. Planned Parenthood alone takes in 2.14 billion dollars a year. Do you like to do research? Here is you a project. Find out who is profiting from this 2.14 billion dollars. Planned Parenthood is considered by law as a non-profit organization, but they have excutives and a board of directors. Planned Parenthood clinics can be locally owned and the owners can profit. Find out who they are and how much they are putting into their pockets. To be honest, I can’t ask you to waste your time. You can’t find out. I can’t prove it but I firmly believe the Sadduccees are involved. Like snakes, they have sly ways of staying out of sight.

One other thing: did you vote for Bill Clinton? Three times he vetoed the band on partial birth abortion. He is responsible for the cruel execution of thousands of babies. The Infinite and Righteous judge will hold him accountable and all those who supported him. I wish every one who voted for him could be forced to watch a partial birth abortion and that have someone tell them, “This is what you voted for.”

Extra/Extra

There are two schools or philosophies in ministry, at least among Baptist. One group believed you should stick to the gospel and never mention moral or ethical issues. One preacher told me years ago, “Jack, you do more harm than good; besides “Honey draws more flies than vinegar.” I didn’t think a whole lot of him before he made this rediculous statement and I thought less after I heard him say it. Then there are a few, very few, who are like Elijah, Amos, Jeremiah and John the Baptist: they denounce immoral leaders and condemn things like abortion and same sex marriage. We are not popular and we get little to no affirmation from our peers but praise God, we get it from godly laymen who are aching to hear someone tell the truth. We probably have around 200 subscribers and very few are preachers. I can think of only four who read the blog and I don’t think any of them are politically correct.
